A patient with a 7 cm ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm in haemodynamic compromise underwent emergency EVAR under Dr. Chopra's supervision, achieving complete aneurysm exclusion with 48-hour ICU recovery — avoiding the significantly higher mortality risk of open repair in this presentation.
