A patient with a previous LSCS and thin lower uterine segment presenting for repeat caesarean delivery was managed using Dr. Vats' specialist Reverse Uterine Closure Technique — a procedure she co-researched and presented at FIGO 2015 — achieving excellent uterine repair and reducing the risk of future uterine rupture.
