A patient with a rare and complex urethro-uterine fistula — a condition with very few reported cases in the literature — was successfully managed by Dr. Khakhar using reconstructive urogynaecological techniques; the case was later presented as a landmark presentation at the All India Congress of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (AICOG) 2015.

A patient with recurrent stress urinary incontinence following a previous failed midurethral sling was re-evaluated with urodynamic studies by Dr. Khakhar and successfully managed with a repeat sling procedure using a modified surgical approach — achieving complete continence on follow-up and reflecting her expertise in managing complex and recurrent pelvic floor surgery cases.
