About Dr. Suraj Manjunath
Dr. Suraj Manjunath is a distinguished Consultant Surgical Oncologist, renowned for his expertise in Robotic and Minimally Invasive Surgery for Gastrointestinal Cancers, advanced Breast Cancer Surgery (including Organ Conservation, Oncoplasty, and Sentinel Node Techniques), and implementing Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols. A gold medallist in MCh (Surgical Oncology), Dr. Manjunath was the first Indian recipient of the prestigious SSO International Career Development Award (USA). He has significantly contributed to surgical oncology by establishing one of the first MCh Surgical Oncology Training Programs and founding the Surgical Oncology Department at St. John’s Medical College & Hospital, making him a top cancer surgeon in Bangalore.
